The Heights Amesbury

The Heights Amesbury is a 240-unit Smart Growth development in Amesbury in which 25% of the units are affordable. It was completed in 2018. This project is a modern apartment community proudly offering elegant floor plans, designer-selected finishes, and an array of amenities including a luxurious clubhouse, fitness center, and pool .

Innes Apartments

This 96-unit-state-funded public housing site in Chelsea is currently being redeveloped into a 330-unit mixed-income community. The completed development will include amenities for residents to enjoy and retail space to serve the community’s needs. This privately financed redevelopment was chosen to be the first demonstration of DHCD’s Partnership to Expand Housing Opportunities (PEHO) program.

Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment

In 2015, JJC was designated to redevelop the Boston Housing Authority’s Bunker Hill Apartments, the largest federal public housing site in New England, into a mixed-income, mixed-use community. In 2018, JJC and BHA selected Leggat McCall Properties as co-developer. The project consists of the phased demolition of the existing BHA Bunker Hill Public Housing development and the construction of a multi-phase, mixed-use development comprised of up to fifteen (15) new residential buildings ranging in height from four to ten stories, which shall include up to 2,699 residential units, of which at least 1,000 will be direct BHA replacement units.

Residences at East Milton

JJC is teaming up with the Falconi Companies to create a 92-unit mixed-income development that will help increase the affordable housing stock in Milton, as mandated by Chapter 40B. This project will improve the experiences of businesses, shops, and restaurants in East Milton Square while increasing the housing options for those who are looking to call Milton home or those who are looking for an opportunity to stay.
